Bar Tips is the most relatable "how-to" book I've read in a long time. Neil's experience as a member of the hospitality industry, combined with his friendly conversational manner, offers the reader a practical, fun guide to mastering sales, business, and leadership.

In my 35+ years in sales, so many sales effectiveness fads have come and gone. Ignore the fads and read this book; Neil nails it. Service, relationships, research, and reading the room are the cornerstones of sales success. I've read dozens and dozens of books on sales. This one's a gem. Highly recommended!

Neil Rogers is an award-winning sales executive and co-business owner with over 25 years of success in the marketing and promotional products industry. His evolution into business was not a traditional path. Initially finding college challenging, he graduated from Salem State University with honors. Neil spent his sales career in several industries, including food service supplies, athletic apparel, and footwear, delivering exceptional client performance.
In 1995, Neil and his wife, Lori, founded Rogers Marketing. Recently, they were named into the AIA Corporation Hall of Fame. During his 37-year career, Neil developed a proprietary Positive Activity™ 11-Step Process for sales and business development, on which he coaches and trains other professionals. He attributes much of his early and continued success to the lessons he learned in the years he spent—you guessed it—behind the bar.
